For example, &quot;He didn&#039;t give me that assignment because I&#039;m too old&quot; or &quot;She takes advantage of me because she knows I need the job.&quot;  Sometimes there&#039;s a kernel of truth in the story, but we would all be better off if we assume the positive until we get all the facts.</description>
