The Thin Pink Line, a term coined by Dr. Kathleen Kelley Reardon, is the fine line women carefully walk in an effort to achieve their professional, personal, and financial goals.  If you go over the line in one direction, you’re labeled “too aggressive.” Go over the line in the opposite direction and you’re considered “too girlish.”  We’re four women who’ve seen it all, been there and back, sharing what we’ve learned along the way so you can tread confidently on roads not yet taken – and widen the line for all women.
